The Kaiser Center | Oakland

Designed by renowned architect Welton Beckett as Henry J. Kaiser's 28-story world headquarters and personal residence, the Kaiser Tower was completed in 1960. Today, the building stands as a masterpiece of contemporary, mid-century modern architecture providing tenants with a first class, full service business environment. The Tower features modern materials and a distinctive, curved architectural design; its broad window lines provide spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay and skyline, beautiful Lake Merritt, and the Oakland hills. Immediately adjacent to Kaiser Tower is the three-story, mixed use Kaiser Mall. Completed in 1963, Kaiser Mall is home to both office tenants and a variety of retail businesses, inventory or stock planning businesses, restaurants, instant payday loan lenders and other amenities. Adjacent to the Mall is a five-story, 1,339-space parking structure, featuring a magnificent, 3.5-acre rooftop garden with a reflecting pond, wooden bridge, expansive lawns, mature trees and ample seating.
