Kaiser Center is staffed with on-site personnel to facilitate 24-hour building access and control every day of the year.

Kaiser Center’s Tower and Mall are equipped with an electronic card access system. Tenants are provided with personalized identification badges that allow after-hours access into the building  After-hours access is restricted to tenants with access badges.
